In order to provide you with the services, we will also process the information included in the documents you have uploaded to Ninja Doc. When using the software, this information and these documents will be processed on your device and will not be sent to our servers.

In addition, Ninja Doc may process search-related information, including search queries you submit through your default search engine while using our services. This data may be:

  • Shared with the relevant search provider in order to return search results corresponding to your query.
  • Analyzed to help verify that interactions originate from real users and not automated systems, bots, or fraudulent activity.

Once these purposes are fulfilled, search-related data is anonymized by removing identifying elements and may be stored in aggregated form.
